![]() ![]() Deleted the Wink Relay that is not working and added it again by running the Smart App (I have done this several times).Went back into the smart app, checked them both clicked done.Opened the Wink Relay Smart App, both devices are listed. Here is what I have tried to get this to work again: Shows that a “poll command” was sent to the Wink Relay 5 times after the device was created (within 5 minutes), no other events.Shows two child devices: Wink Relay (Switch 1) and Wink Relay (Switch 2) (same as the working one).Shows that “type” to be “Wink Relay” (same as the one above).Does not show any current states: “No states found”.Shows the current status with proximity, temperature, ….When I look at the two Relays in SmartThings account (the web page) I notice that I figure it is not the device handler or child device handlers (and they show to be identical to the GitHub version) since the second Wink Relay that I have is working fine. The Relay shows up in the app, but I can’t control it through the app. I had the Relay powered off for a while and now I can’t seem to get it to work again. The only problem was the display and touch input. When I first rooted the Relay and installed the app, the switches and SmartThings integration was working fine. While I am OK with the touch input and was able to resolve the screen staying on by setting it to Motion only, I now have some other problems. It seems that this has improved things a bit. I uninstalled Firefox and installed the older version of Chrome you have linked on your site. It seems the problem with the touch input is that I have to wait a second or so between touches. Seems like I have the same problem you mentioned somebody else had in the Hubitat forum. Waited a day, screen still stays off, Touch input is not as quick as on my other Relay, but it is OK to useĬhanged the setting in your app to “touch + motion”, screen stays onĬhanged it back to “motion” only, screen turns off as expected. Configured the settings in your WinkRelay app to motion only. This helped with the sluggishness of the touch input, but the screen still stayed on. ![]() Waited until next morning (12+ hours) and the screen stayed on, touch input was sluggish.Plugged it back in and everything was working without making any changes to settings.Left the Wink Relay unplugged for a few days.I did a bit more experimentation and here is what I found: ![]()
